Certified practitioners who pay an annual fee are listed on the app. Users must either enable location or input a location to see practitioners in their area.

Choose an appointment

Users are able to easily see the date and times a practitioner is available and book an appointment. Practitioners load their appointment schedules weekly or bi-weekly. Practitioners and clients receive a text message and email when their appointment is confirmed.

Bios

Company employees as well as certified practitioners can upload a bio and head shot to the app. Practitioners are given this option when they upload their location data and and available appointment slots.

The Reconnection needed a way to reach potential clients regularly and increase revenue. My solution was to create an app in which people can interact with daily, receive prompts, book appointments and purchase events easily.

Currently, their certified practitioners are, and were listed on their website with an email and phone number. By utilizing a streamlined process within an app, clients are able to see who is nearby, and an immediate schedule of open appointments. They can purchase seamlessly and receive reminders about their appointments, schedule appointments or cancel all through their phones.

The company has practitioners that in numerous countries that work in 13 languages. The have thousands of certified practitioners. They currently charge a nominal fee for them to be listed on the site. Having practitioner schedules directly available through the company creates a new revenue stream and increases purchases. In the future clients should also be able to purchase healing sessions for pets, energy yoga classes and even books and merchandise.

The app is also designed to serve attendee needs at Reconnection conferences and enable direct livestreaming and purchases instead of using a cumbersome and costly third party.
